Everyone in R&D including our leadership is very driven and motivated to innovate constantly.

I would say that the company provides very good medical benefits and excellent 401k match.

Team is very collaborative and also accept new scientific ideas. Very supportive and understand the need to do high quality research to support product claims.

For me in the R&D, the opportunity to work on life changing innovative product ideas and technologies in a collaborative setting makes me most happy at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My R&D leadership team values research and innovation to help our consumers get faster and improved experiential outcome. Our R&D leadership team provides us many opportunities to research and investigate new product ideas and technology concepts on devices, supplements and topicals.
