Nu Skin has been a great place to work and is caring company.
It has been diffiucult since covid. The executive team is made up of outsiders and remote workers. It is difficult to establish relationships for trust. What was the best part about Nu Skin is it wasn't run like every other company, and it was successful; now we are tyring to be like everyone else.
Health Care benefits, bonus structure and equity awards.
They appear to be genuine and care about people.
Very approachable and value opinions.
It is all really good.
Working on a project together and figuring out solutions.
They are just good people trying to do good things.
Working on a common goal to help improve peoples' lives.
People are kind and interested in you as a human being.
The challenge to improve a process or figure out how to drive results.
Everyone is nice and work well together. No one is trying to bring someone else down.
We are working to retain the pre-Covid culture of knowing and caring about everyone, which is difficult to do sometimes in a zoom envoirnment.
Still trying to define the new culture post covid and with a hybrid work enviornment. Becuase the working situation has been altered, to keep the same positive, friendly culture, programs/managers need to adjust. We are still figuring it all out.
They care about each other and support one another. I've worked at other companies where the goal is to prove you are better than everyone else. At Nu Skin the goal is to prove you can work well with everyone else in achieving the same goal.
