It is a great organization to be a part of from a people standpoint and mission/vision. The pace is fast and the work is ever present, but I would recommend the environment to anyone who asks.

Very approachable and transparent in their communication. Employees are welcomed to engage with them and you can expect a response back.

Very much a family environment. Being together is a large part of what makes the environment a great place to be.

Open to new employees and want to have personal connections. I think of those I work with as friends more that just a work associate.

We focus on a mission to be a force for good. It isn't a statement on the wall it is what we aspire to be.
