Low insurance costs and pay in general.

Dedicated, sincere, friendly, caring, supportive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The variety of work and feelings of accomplishment achieved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is ethical and in tune with our business needs along with industry trends.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are caring and respectful. Overall, there is little disharmony seen within the company workforce.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Expectation that we work smart and do so in a manner that respects one another.

Their efforts to be transparent with what is occurring in the business along with them being approachable.
What makes you most happy at work?
New opportunities to face varying work needs along with the team I have the opportunity to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Their is a small company attitude as to how people treat one another despite the size of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Current pay is not aligned with the workload assigned which has grown significantly without financial recognition and appropriate level/title.
