Good coworkers trying to do their best to help the company. Underpaid and overworked (due to needing a second job). Upper management has good intentions, but seems to create more problems than they solve.
They're nice, and we help each other out
We help each other get things done and aren't uptight.
Fair pay, lack of micromanagement, and good coworkers and supervisors
Coworkers, lack of micromanagement, free points for the product store, and access to The Spoon restaurant.
The remote nature of our work allows for increased collaboration with our global team. Global team members feel included and supported.
Understanding what it's like to live paycheck to paycheck (because of record inflation) while working two jobs and actually caring about and trying to help employees in those and similar situations.
I'm concerned about choices being made regarding our transition to equinox/infosys. It seems like a bit of a mess and like upper management is tone deaf to the concerns of employees.
I'm paid below market value to begin with. The 3% "raise" this last year was really a 7% pay cut when you take into account inflation. A cost of living adjustment and a promotion to get me to market value would make me feel better.
My job title does not reflect my duties. Payroll is aware of this and does not care and is happy to keep me underpaid. I was hired to and am regularly expected to perform tasks well above my paygrade. I am also aware of others at the company experiencing this.
