I love how I've been treated by coworkers and management and I don't feel like "a number" I am grateful for Nu Skin and for all that I've been provided and allowed!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers and the sense of family!
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and the satisfaction I get in accomplishing my tasks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate their hard work and efforts! Thank you for knowing who I am and for treating me so well and as a valuable key to our team!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love for management and HR to have a better understanding of what my team and I do and to be compensated better for the responsibilities we are over, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
The blessing of being able to work from home!! My team and the opportunity that I have each day to strive to make a difference and to know that my efforts are helping.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work extremely well together and have the same values and goals! We have each others backs and I know I can go to them for anything and we'll work through whatever we need too together!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are constantly working hard to make our company the very best and to help us align globally to be the best team! They are very complementary to each of us and treat us as family and want us all to succeed!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we are all allowed to work from home, it's made the biggest difference in my life! I appreciate the strong & positive culture of Nu Skin and how kind everyone is and how we all strive to do better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's hard when so much is expected of you, which I do my best to achieve and I'm grateful for the challenge. But I work with others who aren't holding up their end of it and I know they get paid more than my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How well we work together and communicate with each other. We all know that we have each others backs and we strive to make a difference every day and to help everyone we work with. We all have the same goals and work hard every day to do our best.
