A manager makes or breaks an employee's desire to stay and grow with a company. I have always felt that the upper management is amazing, but haven't always had amazing managers. I have been blessed to have an amazing management team for the last 11-12 years here.
I have always loved the upper management team at Nu Skin. I also have amazing managers and co-workers.
Overall, my experience has been good. A good manager will make working for the company worth it. A bad manager will drive good people away.
The employee store is definitely a perk.
We can get together and have fun.
Working with the people I work with.
They genuinely care about their employees.
Willingness to help out when needed.
Willingness to step in and help when needed.
The availability of the product to try and use.
Enjoying the amazing products the company has to offer.
They get the job done.
The encouragement to continue to learn and be a better person.
Interacting with co-workers and the flexibility in creating a work/life/home balance.
The feeling of accomplishment and feeling like I am helping people.
They honestly care about their employees and work to make things better.
Being able to help people who found themselves in a hard spot.
They are willing to work with me and have created an enviroment of flexibility.
The vacation time, though I recognize that I need to be better at utilizing it.
I would say the most positive thing about the culture is the desire to get together and just have fun.
They are very transparent - I love the monthly company wide meetings where we talk about what is going on the business.
The willingness to have fun at work. To let our hair down and play and laugh together. Also, the focus on giving back.
There is no fear of asking questions - I know if I am questioning anything, I can go to any of my co-workers for help and get it.
