The discount received on the health insurance premium. This is given from the start as part of the wellness program, and then increased the longer you're at the company. Very helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I work hard to complete a project, etc. and people make an effort to recognize the hard work. I'm not in it for the praise, but it is very rewarding when someone goes out of their way to thank you or the team.
