
Again pay and benefits. When people quit or get fired the pay is so low often they dont feel like they are losing out on anything at all.
Keeping a team that STAYS with this job long enough to get the hang of it. The pay and morale are so low that we get new hiree's constantly that don't know what they are doing.
Better pay and benefits for employees. Without a good team that cares to keep their job no one gets the hang of the job and ticket times rise sometimes to 40 minutes. Customers do not want to have to wait that insanely long to eat.
I am constantly required to do the work of two and three different people who are sent home to save money for the business and still paid the wages as that of a teenager. I have been with the company many years and I am still only making an hourly wage of someone just starting at McDonalds.
