Our leadership team is accessible, very approachable and transparent. They listen to the employees and take our feedback and suggestions into consideration. You can see employees suggestions being implemented in as little as a week.

The people make it positive. Everyone is very caring, helpful, friendly and thoughtful. The environment that Phenom provides allows everyone from different teams to bond. I have never worked for a company where there were so many like minded positive people working together. It's Awesome!
