I struggle with what appears to be a quantity over quality mindset- we rush things out the door without taking the time to ensure they were done to the highest possible quality. We make directives/OKRs on arbitrary numbers without considering the varying intricacies of individual products/asks
Genuine compassion is apparent- which is great!
Everyone who works here is compassionate and empathetic
The benefits are very helpful
They are all very down to Earth and accessible which is great
Hard-working and passionate! They all care a lot about what they do
Everyone is truly invested in what they do which is great to see
Annual raises are very helpful, PTO policy allows for time away (when schedules/workloads allow)
Completing projects that I'm passionate about and reflecting on process changes for the org
Everyone is passionate about what they do and the way in which it is done. Lots of hard work being done by many people. They also strive to put themselves in other's shoes to better understand their problems and/or asks.
We need project managers and an enablement team. There is a lack of process throughout the company that leads to mismanaged projects and/or tons of fires to put out. There's also a false sense of urgency attached to many projects that result in knee jerk reactions and/or band-aid solutions.
