
My direct manager is really awesome, smart, thoughtful, and strategic. And my team is smart and fun, and I enjoy working with them.
There is really no culture. We are scaling too fast. Although my department's culture is usually positive, I don't feel there is really yet a company culture.

My team is very smart, fun, and dynamic. The department is stretched thin and very stressed out with all the last minute projects and just so much work that is always on-fire. Although we meet every day, there is a disconnect between us.
I would like to say the Unlimited PTO but there is this unsaid pressure that you are judged if you take time off and don't log in when you are out of the office. The 401K is a huge benefit that lacks the package.
