They are transparent in terms of everything happening within the organization. For example, upon signing a new deal, we are notified through slack and it includes even the deal value. This is one example of how transparent the teams are.
There is no hidden/variable pay. There are 2 appraisals in an year with increase in the salary based on performance. We also get surprise improvements (For example, 50$ card for all). More than that I love flexi-friday where we will work only till noon every Friday.

I love the weekly product team meeting where we will not only share the project updates, but the other fun activities like sharing photos, fun games. I will look for this every week. There is no conflict or politics within or across teams compared to my previous organization. I love my team.
Executive Leadership team - They value and take great care of every one in the company. Super transparent in all aspects of the company. They have a clear vision where the company has to go and how the path should be laid to downstream teams to work together as a team to accomplish the mission.
The responsibility and trust on me from my boss makes me happy at work. The ease of reach to anyone across the company is something i like. People take care of me in all the ways. Love to hear the ideas and thought process from others and it is amazing and i learn something new daily :)
