The best thing about our leadership team is their commitment to their vision.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its very welcoming and people support each other and help each other advanced personally and professionally
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every year it gets better. Our executive team has made it clear that the better we do as a team the better our benefits are.

As the years of gone one I have had less and less interaction with them. Which is to be expected. But I appreciate their dedication to employee health.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My sales team are self driven people that are open to sharing new ideas to help me improve. other organizations pit sales people against each other, RFPIO does allow for colleague support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is always room for improvement. I do think I am underpaid but I do know that RFPIO provides more flexibility for life than any other company and that is the best part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think on the surface everyone interacts positively but I do think there are deeper problems below the surface. I think we are losing touch with our original culture of not messing with the customer and putting their needs above our "flexible work life balance"
