Foundever: many people complain about the company internal and externally (social media) the image of the company is not good and so many people quit everyday which makes it worst, our clients are working with other call centers and they pay more in those places, customers are often angry and clients dont care
ADP: Overall it has been very positive. The training staff is awesome and seem to care and relate extremely well with new folks. Leaders are engaged and encouraging and the direction of the company is clear. I love how we stand for doing the right thing and encourage community involvement.

Home Goods: Love the designer items, great prices, merchandise changes often and is seasonal, pleases offer more lamps and furniture. I like that you have enough associates available to ring up purchases, most other stores do not, your best locations are Kennesaw and Athens ( Georgia) .

ADP: So far it is good. My concern is nothing is documented, nothing is standardized, information is not centralized and if I ask 10 people the exact same question it is possible to 10 different answer some of which conflict with the right answer.

ADP: Overall, I have a had a great experience. Every day I see employees and leaders going above and beyond to live in the culture. The only complaint I have is the benefits. The medical plans are very expensive compared to other companies I've worked for. Autism treatment should be covered.
