I've learnt a lot about myself, I'm confident that my time here has helped me to become a better person, but despite my efforts and my great results I'm invisible to the company or rather and don't play the game going around that is the root of many issues.
Everything, starting with fairness and lawfulness.
Good sense of humor, helps in difficult moments to see things differently
Lots of years of service, great behavior, better performance no opportunities or whatsoever
Be leaders not just executives with no clue what's going on with the base of the pyramid.
When I truly feel that I helped someone, either on the phone or with a colleague that learnt something by working with me.
An important thing is not them per se, is seeing people with no attitude and little to no effort from the company to get them to shift that
If you're always doing more than a fine job, with perfect behavior but still you have zero chances of advancement in the company, that's a clear picture what's wrong.
Respect for the employee, quit dividing the people between staff and non staff, look closely to the people that does the real job and the way opportunities are been provided and check even closer who's getting those chances.
Responsibility, accountability for everyone from top to bottom, but starting at the top, then try to make the environment less like a prison and more human by offering more to the worker to feel that surveillance doesn't mean you're less
As I mentioned, is too much of a police state here, no room to grow in any sense, when the pace is not demolishing you as a person, there's this feeling of don't do this or that or else and no options, so there you have why people do not improve, stay or grow, and right now nothing seems to help
