Appian: I enjoy working at Appian! The company takes care of its employees and the caliber of teammates is incredible. From an organizational standpoint, it currently operates with the leadership structure of a startup with the paperwork of a large company, which does create unique challenges.
Appian: Company is still growing and evolving, there is real energy around the future.
Appian: Generally a very good experience. Relative to many other companies right now, Appian seems to have their head on straight and a competent complement of officers at the tiller. The culture is active and growing, and I'm proud to work at Appian.

Guidehouse: Strange policies and culture at Guidehouse. Guidehouse mentions in job descriptions that they have family and personal leave but they do not. It's DTO which is used up if anyone is on bench. They are telling us not to speak with our past co-workers, which is illegal. It's a free country.
Netsmart: The Software Engineers that I know appear to be underpaid. One senior engineer made Senior makes $83k. Another senior engineer heads our security efforts and makes about $90k upon promotion. I make $105k after 5 years of being a senior engineer with 10 years of experience. The work is pretty intense
