Ruth's Chris Steak House: They keep putting us on skeleton crews and its impossible to achieve everything they ask of us with how little staff we have. The server assistants who are paid by the servers dont do anything to help anymore other than resetting tables.

RX: Great company to work for but the company needs to be careful how much they cut the travel budget. We are in the business of building business and we provide B2B networking opportunities in person. It seems that the willingness to let people travel to shows are now under review.

Risepoint: We need transparency within HR. We were told that the pay scales for positions would be made visible and they never were. It is not fair for someone to come in make way more than someone already here. For lower positions, a small scale is needed. It should not be 25k scale for someone making $75,000

While I trust that our ELT has good intentions, the execution plan for many decisions did not feel well thought out. Due to this, the roll out of changes often felt chaotic, unorganized, and added stress.

When we merged into a new company, I was very hopeful; however, the model has changed to be less work-life balance, more top heavy, and a feeling of constant change. It's hard to achieve success when the software, management, and roles keep shifting.
