Software Mind: The company used to have a great atmosphere and strong opportunities for growth. Unfortunately, the environment has become increasingly toxic. A senior developer who had spent over 10 years building the core of the project was pushed out after a hate campaign driven by a group of employees. Shame.
Arista Networks: My overall experience has been positive and meaningful, with opportunities to solve problems, support others, and learn. There are areas for improvement, especially around workload balance, clearer growth paths, and accountability, but I do feel we are making progress.

Barracuda Networks: The company is penny wise and pound foolish: many support staffers are working on old computers while sales are sent to a vacation on Barracuda's nickle for a week each year. Support staffers struggle to get by financially, but offices sit underutilized - even when occupied 3 out of 5 days a week.

NETSCOUT: Pay has always been on the lower side here but the medical benefits were always good. It really depends what deoartment and who you work for - can have completely different perspectives. I have been here a long time. I have my reasons for staying even though it is not easy at all to do so.

Regus: There are few checks and balances regarding charges and bills. I see mysterious unexplanied charges or fees with no supporting documentation. When I doi find out I get the runaround and have been proven correct on every single incident. It is frustrating
