In my previous shop I was burned out all the time and here at Snap I feel challenged daily, but with the freedom to have my family time, or to raise my hand when I am feeling overwhelmed. Risepoint: When I first came to AP, now RP, there was a much better employee morale. I feel that has dwindled over the years and the focus has shifted from an employee focused organization to a numbers focused one. There are no opportunities for us to connect and you can see that in body language. It's sad.

Risepoint: Generally enjoyable. There are periods that do get hectic and work far exceeds 40 hours a week based on demands. Usually this is not sustained for long periods of time.

Raises cycle can stay the same, but EE should be able to receive backpay at new pay scale for service over 1 year since hire
Risepoint: Started out great, and then slowly company started chipping away at some of the perks. My manager doesn't give me feedback ever and comments on my Impact Reviews are clearly AI. Since integration, never felt part of team and nothing gets communicated that impacts my daily work. No room for growth.
