Overall, a good company. Need to balance the workload. Need safe mechanisms to provide feedback upwards.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The workload is overwhelming and at times unmanageable.

They are accessible regardless of the concern or resolution.

I love my co-workers. They make the work environment so enjoyable.

That it's always on time. I really don't have too much of an opinion either way.

My co-workers are what make me excited about going to work. They are hardworking and passionate about what they do.

I love interacting with the team and problem solving. I love helping employees. We have some really amazing employees at this company.

My team. I like partnering with my leadership and co-workers. I also enjoy my job. I love supporting and collaborating with other departments.

I love my co-workers. On days that are not as positive, my co-workers help get me threw the tough times. My co-workers are supportive and compassionate.

My team is awesome. I love that I can depend on them, we all partner well together, and we all work really hard. The best HR team I have ever worked with.

They care, they use their voice, they are supportive, they are knowledgeable and talented, they are independent and self-sufficient contributors who do not need to be prompted to do what needs to be done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am doing the work of multiple positions. I am being asked to be more stretgic but it is almost impossible when I am overloaded with tactical work because I don't have the support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the benefits for family planning. I think the company supports family planning and makes it possible to take care of your family and provide 100% of myself to my work. SWCA is working toward being more inclusive and equitable. I feel like SWCA is actively trying to do better. I appreciate it.
