We really care about each other and are invested in supporting each other.

They are employee-focused; recognize employees for their efforts/success; and they know how to build strong, trusted client relationships.

Constant process improvements; working with an awesome team; being rewarded both professionally and monetarily for a job done well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am given a bonus for the level of effort I put into my job and the results I produce. The ESOP is also awesome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Awesome leadership and peers. I believe being employee-owned makes us all accountable to each other. I never feel like a 'number' like other companies I've worked for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear vision that is well-articulated with good frequency. They communicate important information to all employees every week--this is the only company I've ever worked for that has this amount of communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The human element is extremely important at SWCA, and my team is excellent at sharing who they are and what makes them tick. They are also super-collaborative and always around to help problem-solve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It sounds cliche, but I really do feel like we are a family. Don't get me wrong, not like your home family, but in the sense that everyone seems to treat each other with respect and everyone wants others around them to be successful and happy.
