The staff caring for the patients are dying trying to take care of the patients the way they need but the administrators only care about getting that money every way they can!

It felt like it was a combination of aimlessly floating and drowning in the first half, and then the second half I've started to settle into my groove, but I fear that I've gotten somewhat complacent.

Regus: Unrealistic organization with zero IT staff for onboarding and an overwhelming amount of unnecessary meetings. Absolutely NO support for internal systems and unrealistic sales expectations. Company is unorganized, not customer nor employee focused, etc.
