ASSA isn't what it used to be, everyone is drinking the corporate cool aide

Nothing as of lately, it sucks

Just interacting with my team and sales guys

We are a small team that always looks out for one another

My manager takes the time to listen and is always willing to help

I just feel like my workload is far more than it should be as a salaried employee

Compensation isn't based on your performance, it's based on how well you are liked by your manager.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to get better at being more trustworthy, treating employees fair and doing what they say they are going to do

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

As coworkers we used to be very close but when you are made to sit in an area rubbing shoulders it makes for a hostile work environment

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

ASSA wants to keep growing and expanding but not give you the head count you need to do your job. Then put you in a room with lots of others in a small cubicle so close to your teammates if they move you feel it.
