I'm just a contract worker, I do not qualify for most of the benefits yet.

My team at Abloy we work together in peace, we reach targets and respect each other

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Personally the team as a whole or 80%, I would say they need to undergo management workshops for most of them lack the leadership skills. They only concern with the product were by the wellbeing of their team is also to be considered, they way they speak and treat them is important
