La-Z-Boy: all of the back support went bad over a couple of years starting from top to bottom just a couple of years after I had it.
Heartland: Heartland Payments is by far the worst company for so many reasons but mostly due to the high volume of unauthorized amd fraudulent payments and fees that are taken out of accounts several years AFTER businesses close. I hope that a class action lawsuit is placed against Heartland.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions: LexisNexis is suffering an internal cultural crisis that has not impacted revenue growth but that will inevitably occur. The shell game and power struggle of the new management team since 2023 has fostered an environment of distrust which is suffocating innovation toward becoming a commodity.
