RingCentral: solving tricky problems with the team
RingCentral: Over the past three years, the company has changed its stance toward employees, and it has become an unattractive place to work. There is no confidence in the company, no raises, constant rumors about layoffs, and neglectful attitudes toward employees.
RingCentral: I like my daily tasks that I solve and the opportunity to work on something new. But in general, it seems to me that the level of employee motivation is not very high, a large number of directors and managers, no clear opportunities for growth. There are no paid days to be sick without a sick list
RingCentral: I joined the company as a manual QA, after a couple of years I moved to the position of Tech Lead, then after six months I became a Mid. QA Analyst / Team Lead until today

RingCentral: I've been here for almost 20 years, since university. I've seen this company grow, and I was growing with it. There were ups and downs, bad years and good years. It's a great place to work, great people, fascinating projects, exiting experience. Would be sad to leave this all behind because of RTO.
LexisNexis Risk Solutions: PTO days good with medical insurance for my family.

RingCentral: I want to get a senior position and I don
RingCentral: There’s a strong focus on quality and innovation, but also a real sense of urgency — things move quickly, and expectations are h
RingCentral: Your company is second in my top. Perhaps more teambuilding could move it to 1st place. It doesn't have to be something big. A team going out to karting, strikeball. In my previous company, I liked that once every 3 months we could get together as a team in a bar and talk to our VP about all
RingCentral: Overall, my experience at the company has been positive — I’ve had opportunities to grow professionally, work with supportive colleagues, and contribute to meaningful proje

RingCentral: I am with RC since 2020. Overall, the experience was always positive, there was an opportunity to influence processes, improve internal tools. I had negative experience with AI, since historically it was a startup inside the RC, and the maturity of processes there remained at a level close to chaos.

RingCentral: I’ve worked in various areas, including PBX, RCV, and RCW. Overall, the company has a strong tech culture. We try to move fast and not always it’s possi
RingCentral: The management has long lost control over what is happening in the company. The situation that engineers see is not at all what management imagines. As a result, the management is concerned with completely different problems, not those that threaten the stability of the service.
RingCentral: Lately, the company has changed a lot, and it's not always clear where our rocket is headed. While we accept that some decisions may have been missteps, it's hard to shake the feeling they could have been avoided — and we hope the lessons are learned so they won't be repeate

RingCentral: ESPP is a very good compensation for me

RingCentral: The best colleges, projects, and teams and the worst higher-ups.
RingCentral: RCE has maintained a Hopin-esque culture which has helped I have heard from others that this is the best part of RC culture now so my viewpoint is perhaps skewed. I do worry for the future of RCE at RC in general. I think RCE Studio should be a separate product to go after the large studio market.

RingCentral: celebrates every occasion, inclusive and good medical insurance
RingCentral: I have grown very comfortable working in RingCentral that I have been happily staying here for a very long time now. The cliche "work-life balance" although very rarely heard of here is very much true. It's like something that is not actively promoted but is just intrinsic to everyone.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions: LNRS is a great place to work overall, no company is perfect and we are working towards the improvements needed. We need to empower employees based on their merits and not by their association or affiliation with certain executives.
RingCentral: I'm able to work on my interested area.
RingCentral: I am happy with this company. However, over the past few months, I don't feel the same sense of security anymore due to the constant layoffs occurring in recent years.
RingCentral: My experience has been mixed. I've had the opportunity to work with a talented, collaborative team and take ownership of projects. However, low morale, unclear communication, and compensation concerns have made it challenging to stay fully engaged. Potential is here, but key areas need attention.
RingCentral: Happy customers, positive feedback from them.
RingCentral: As this is my first job in the US, it's difficult to make comparisons. However, I truly appreciate the friendly atmosphere at work.

RingCentral: I think we love our company more than our company loves us.

RingCentral: Was always encouraged for good work. Flat hierarchy gives lot more comfort. Expecting CTO to interact with you directly is exciting and amazing!
RingCentral: For the first few years I worked as a QA on the "Express Setup" project. Then I had the opportunity to move to the application team, where I have been working as a SDET for two years now.
RingCentral: Great experience, motivation and opportunities
RingCentral: All from my team is very qualified engineers
RingCentral: The company lost key staff over three years, leading to a recent accident. RC's IT focus has diminished, hindering innovation and industry contributions. Despite reported profits, employees haven't seen raises.

RingCentral: I really enjoy working for RingCentral. I have great opportunities to improve myself and create valuable contributions for my team and RingCentral.
RingCentral: RingCentral is a great place to work, the benefits are great, and the work itself is rewarding. The restrictions to have an RTO focused workforce and / or HC only in lower cost geographies restricts recruitment and the overall talent pool. Its why I gave a 6 on recommending friends to work here
RingCentral: It's been a good company to work for, but there are some nagging problems that need to be undressed, and a lot of churn in executive positions.
RingCentral: Very good) 14 years pass like a day

RingCentral: work in a pleasant team of professional colleagues, low level of interest from the company in promotion and salary
RingCentral: Quick integration and fast ramp-up into an environment of challenging tasks with a supportive and highly cooperative group
RingCentral: Best years of my life
RingCentral: Many great people are held back by lack of clarity on priorities. Layoffs, reorganizations and forecast cuts without consulting the leaders have resulted in administrative overhead and time lost re-hiring positions that were needed. Individual contributors and supervisors are doing their best.
RingCentral: Food, the freedom to work, great team & best manager
RingCentral: I've worked for a number of large companies, and this has been one of, if not the best experience.

RingCentral: technical competency , minimal burecracy , sense of humour
RingCentral: Inspiring: however, there is potential for enhancement to further increase its motivational impact.

RingCentral: This job has given me more experience and opportunities to realize my potential than any other in my life.
RingCentral: It's my 15th year this 2025, so I think I'm really satisfied with how things are in the company.
RingCentral: I started as a junior, grew to a leader, and learned a lot of new things that I also implemented at work.
RingCentral: Thank you for the opportunity to work at a great company!I have enjoyed learning, completing tasks, resolving issues for both, internal/external customers. I love working & continue to give 120% each & every day! I feel sense of accomplishment always. Great to work with others that feel the same!
RingCentral: So far neutral experience and not too much excitement
RingCentral: I really like working in a company where you get bonuses in addition to your salary. It's easy to manage vacations. In addition, there is an opportunity to communicate with professionals from different specialties.
RingCentral: Not sure I wish to share it
RingCentral: Please tune work-life balance in the company. Looks like this process should improve ASAP.
RingCentral: I've been at RingCentral just over a year and so far have found it a great place to solve hard problems and build impactful software for our customers.
RingCentral: I am disappointed about the layoffs and the low level of salary increase. I'm glad I do not have the worst salary and exciting tasks.
RingCentral: Work is alright, but lack of learning. We all are stuck in our everyday routine. Management doesn't know where we are going, how would we know?
RingCentral: RingCentral is generally a commendable workplace. However, the numerous ongoing changes present challenges to maintaining our work quality standards.
RingCentral: Steadiness. Markets go up and down and there is no point trying to chase every fad or scare du jour.
RingCentral: some departments are driven but others have had a huge amount of chrun and no clear visibility at times where our focus should be as a company. No visibility in how we can monetize a new product line
RingCentral: Engineer for supporting hardware, software and virtualization systems.

RingCentral: Having things done, achieving the goals
RingCentral: My experience has had both positives and challenges. I have grown a lot and enjoy working with a strong team, but I'd like to see more recognition, transparency, and constructive feedback from leadership.
RingCentral: I really enjoy working here, I like my team and waste majority of other people I had a chance to work with are very nice to work with. I not neccessary like all the things in my routine, but I enjoy that my opinion matters and company tries to accomodate everyone if it helps company goals.
RingCentral: I’ve been with the company for quite a long time and I treat it like family — something you support through all times, not just enjoy when everything is going w
RingCentral: The company, both leadership and other colleagues, have been very positive.
RingCentral: * Positive work environment with supportive colleagues • Clear communication and transparency from leadership • Opportunities for professional growth and skill develop
RingCentral: Before they changed the incentive to MBO, it was great. However, now that we have MBO, I don't feel like we are getting paid correctly.
RingCentral: An optimally organized growing company gives all team members the opportunity to grow
RingCentral: Challenges are interesting, I care about our product to succeed on the market. Some colleagues are pros. and are very motivated to help and care about the product too, but this is not uniform across the whole organization. Huge room for improvement in how we plan, coordinate, measure, grow people
RingCentral: My overall experience at the company has been very positive. I've had the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging tasks, collaborate with a supportive and talented team, and grow both professionally and personally in a great working environment.
RingCentral: Great team, interesting goals, unical experience, nobody bored for sure =)
RingCentral: overall experience at our company is good

RingCentral: RingCentral in general seems to foster a friendly and respectful atmosphere. Generally others are willing to help and are working towards common goals.
RingCentral: I love RingCentral in general, but some managers might find the emotional intellect classes very useful
RingCentral: A lot of important things were not mentioned to me on the job interview.
RingCentral: Our compensation package is very good
RingCentral: Execs make emotional decision. Priority changes too often. The market doesn't value my company. Our stock kept sliding down and our exec team hasn't been able to turn the table around. It's not a good company to work for.
RingCentral: Great experience with good growth opportunities
RingCentral: I'm happy that I made a decision to join RingCentral. I feel that my day-to-day work, though challenging, makes a difference, and that this is valued by my team, my manager, and our customers
RingCentral: It's definitely exceeded all expectations that I had when I joined years back.
RingCentral: Company contributions to the 401K and ESPP at 85% of stock price
RingCentral: Overall, I am happy to work for RingCentral. On the positive side, the benefits are great, the people are great, and the leadership I believe puts the company in a position to succeed. On the negative side, work volume has increased due to recent layoffs leading to an influx in work/life balance.
RingCentral: It's good to work here, especially in my current project and with my team.
RingCentral: high base salary along with variable pay
RingCentral: It is a great place to grow as an engineer. I am not sure if it is a decent place to grow as a manager though

RingCentral: Very fulfilling than all of the previous companies I have worked for
RingCentral: Very solid overall, not bad.
RingCentral: Innovative approach , Transparency and Guidance.
RingCentral: I’ve had the opportunity to work with interesting technologies and big project
RingCentral: Higher base salary then what I expected coming in
RingCentral: Different from when I join the company. I am not sure where we are going.
RingCentral: I love working here, and the culture was the best part. But this has taken a hint, and the lay offs make it a scary place to work. But I bring value and love my team
RingCentral: they are very intelligent and hard working
RingCentral: good, but concerned about future
MarineMax: Management, at least at the lower levels, is inconsistent, even in following corporate policies. There are no raises given, been here over 8 years. Performance Reviews are supposed to be twice a year, they are non-exisitent due to no accountibility of local management by corporate.
Paycom: Facilitating and empowering my team with resources to make them successful at their job makes me most happy at work lately~
LexisNexis Risk Solutions: It has been great with the ability to showcase my talents in progressing my career.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions: Overall i am impressed with LNRS and happy with how i have been welcomed into a new job.
LexisNexis Risk Solutions: I enjoy working with supportive, hardworking colleagues, but poor performance isn’t addressed, and pay is unfair. Progression is limited unless you move roles, and communication and direction across wider teams need improvemen
LexisNexis Risk Solutions: Good, people are given flexibility and good people to work with around
LexisNexis Risk Solutions: Over the last few years of working here, I have seen the company evolve with Technology used in HR and its focus on employee processes and culture. All of my colleagues seem to be in line with our vision.
Jackson Hewitt: Lack of training with little support. Support when given is not timely.
Sevita: Its not the same as it was in the beginning
Bluegreen Vacations: Clean resorts good value for money
Aspen Dental: Metric and production driven, no empathy for patient true need, consistently made feel like your efforts are never enough, no work life balance, employees and pstients sre nothing but a number, expectation vs. reality so not align.
