
RingCentral is a great company with amazing product. The execution of upper management is excellent.And company provides very good benefits. Few minor improvements: 1) Once a week work from home and Full mathcing of 401K. Specific to my group: more interaction between members at work and outside.

Although our revenue grows every quarter, the stock price does not reflect that. Probably because of net profit. Executive team should focus on this. Company should also do more to retain employees 4-5 years.
Salary and RSUs. Salary to insure I am compensated as others in my position in Bay Area. RSU for two reasons: a) feel that I am benefiting with increase in company grows as company' grows and b) incentive to remain with the company.
