
Overall, the culture. Everyone is constructive. We get things done as a team.
Besides the pay, and excellent insurance options, having the quarterly MBO payouts allows employees to save/invest the money which is great.
The actual work. There's so much interesting and important work to do, and I'm fortunate to have the support and participation of my manager in tackling it.
First and foremost, I have an outstanding manager. That's what I like the best. But the whole team and culture that they've created is outstanding too, and that really matters.
It's just outstanding. I've been in the industry for decades and I have not seen a better culture. And this directly leads to higher output / innovation, etc. along with fostering happiness in the workplace. It's a culture about being kind to others, getting work done, and not about politics.
