With all the recent round of reduction, we are all wear multiple hats. Most of us, including myself, do 2-3 people equivalent job everyday, and our compensation is not even compatible with market rate for 1 person's workload.
The leader I like the most and I believe I know the most is Alex Shteyngolts. He is a true leader, not a boss. He gives clear directions, guidelines, and end game goals. He listens, willing to understands other comment/feedback, and takes actions to get us to the most comfortable resolution.
