D.R. Horton: There customer service and warranty department is the worst
Alamo: Extremely poor service if rental has a problem. Multiple calls for the same problem to their customer service. They use poor vendors with poor response times and they want to charge me for Roadside Assistance after losing a full day of work and The flat tire is still not fixed.
The Fresh Market: I am not sure if its possible to correct or improve bad apples.

Freedom Mortgage Corporation: Horrible. My loan was transferred from LoanDepot. What a difference. Misinformation, long phone waits, poor posting of payments. Worst customer service ever. I have had mortgages for 40 years. Dont use Freedom mortgage.
Greyhound Lines: Get better security to make sure passengers and their belongings are transported safely, also it needs nicer and more competent employees.
