The events for D&I, RECares, Training and social activities. These indicate that LNRS cares about the WHOLE person, not just productivity. Productivity IS important, but due to the empowerment of employees to pursue personal interests in the many clubs/groups productivity naturally increases.
Their words and actions indicate that each employee is a PERSON and the exec team wants the employees to have a good work/life balance, have great benefits available, and encourage everyone to grow their skills to grow their career as each person desires.
I think the 6% 401K match and the ability to earn up to $675 for my HSA account or a visa card is incredible. In addition the amount of paid time off for new employees is excellent and there are so many Employee Resource Groups to join, learn from and explore.
