Apria Healthcare: In office staff is the absolute worse. They are inept to processing medical supply orders efficently and effectively. Nobody knows how to use an excel spreadsheet and they hang the phone up on you when they are unable to complete their task. They hold no accountability for the positions they hold.

I spent 2 hours on the phone continually being transferred to 5 different people. Never getting a solution. Will NEVER use this company again or refer to anyone.

Lyft: These guys keep half the earnings and can't even hire proper help. Seems like they only got bots working in the 24/7 live chat. They just keep you on hold and then reply with automatic copy and paste responses. I was overcharged for my rental fees 254.83 and nobody can explain to me why.
