Squarespace: SQSP still has a great start up culture and feel however I do see this changing. We have great benefits and fair pay- at least in my current dept. The one thing the company has always struggled with is having a proper D&I strategy which they say is a priority but it feels like it hasn't improved.

Zerto: It can be a great company to work in if you are lucky enough to get hired in a team with a caring manager, the company was not able to adapt to the Covid times and sales are down. 2 rounds of HC cut and a huge amount of high skilled talents that are leaving due to confidence reason with the company.
