I have been at nCino for a little over a year now. I have always spoken really highly of the company. The culture, flexibility and friendships here are a huge benefit to me. However, I have realized that there isn't a lot of room for growth and the pay raise limits are unreasonable.

The first interview started with a tour of the office that gave me a glimpse of the culture and environment

I feel that they truly care about my career goals and are willing to work with me to make them happen.

The leadership team creates a culture where we can be ourselves. I don't have to change who I am when I come to the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're losing too many valuable people because people aren't getting paid enough. nCino may be a competitive company to get a job at in Wilmington so people won't care as much, but in Salt Lake, there are plenty of companies with great cultures/benefits that will also pay much more.
