symplr: The company has lots of products and areas. Limited growth in engineering department as company is focused on growing India teams over US teams. Company continues to grow through acquisition and does yearly layoffs to cut labor budget.

symplr: I have been extremely happy until recent fast changes, chopping up job descriptions, forcing staff to move to hourly. I am ok with changes but its so disorganized, things that worked before are being broken down/dismantled and I fear that clients will suffer in the end. Just being honest

I was a valued respected leader until another new aquisition added another layer of management, I'm very concerned about what will happen with the next one.
