
My one-up is trying to understand our business and identifying ways to support/ help.
We are always willing to support each other, we highlight each others successes, and we know we have each other's backs internally and externally.
The "do-ers" at work are always trying to help each other and do what is right for the company and our customers. We are trying to figure it out and share resources to get things accompished.
Even when we all can come back into the office, I can still work from home. I know that is really not a part of compensation, but it saves me in additional babysitting costs, gas money, and head ache.
