Wish: It's not what I was expecting or hoping for. Grand plans for expansion have been dashed due to unclear road maps (if they even exist) and no leadership. Motivation and excitement starts from the top down and there's literally none of it from our executives.

Ambry Genetics: You don't lose your PTO if you don't use it. You just have a Cap. You are encouraged to use your PTO when you are close to capping out.
Coldwater Creek: Old outdated methods and opinions. Need to stop micromanaging from the top level.
Nordic Consulting Partners: While no company is perfect I do think that my division overall has the best intentions. I would like to see more of that from the company as a whole though as it seems like corporate is more invested in expansion versus maintaining what makes Nordic special.
Beacon Hill: I have had an incredible, life-changing experience thus far. This role has brought a sense of peace to my life that I have not been able to achieve with past roles (either due to the lack of growth potential / work life balance or financial freedom). I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Egnyte: I joined during the Covid work-from-home, so my experience has been limited to Zoom, phone calls, emails, and Slack. While that makes it difficult to evaluate normal life at Egnyte, all indications are that it will be fine.
Wish: My experience has been great, from the beginning to now, it has been very positive overall. I truly enjoy working and interacting with my colleagues. Work life balance is important to me, and I have it here at Wish.
Tapestry Solutions: Just a vile culture. Dishonest bullying and arrogant.
Wish: Being with the company for many years, I have never felt that I was paid correctly. Even with adjustments, it was never aligned with my colleagues and especially newer colleagues joining the team. I am always playing catch up and it never seems to align, especially as I get more responsibilities.

Wish: Seems to vary depending on the team or the manager you have. Overall, I'm good with the challenges I work on but I don't have a lot of visibility in what other people are working on. Communication from execs is limited, that is most discouraging

Nordic Consulting Partners: Initially I had a challenging time getting up to speed in my role due to complexity of the industry and rapidly changing organizational process and vernacular; however over time I've been given a great amount of autonomy to act like an owner and inact change within our team and company.
Ambry Genetics: Great company with little complaints about how they value me, how they value our customers, and their direction for the future... Only complaint really is the car allowance compared to other companies in this space.

Ambry Genetics: Overall, the support is lackluster, though we work hard to fight through that. Training is almost non-existent. Otherwise, I feel that most people here want to do a good job and take some pride in their work. I'm happy to work with most of the people I work with.
Beacon Hill: Overall great culture end environment to work in
Ambry Genetics: Feedback is vague and unactionable (i.e. "be more passionate" or "let the close be the close"), manager has never invested time in training/growth/development, and any relationships I've developed have been minimized or belittled as "not indicative of collaboration". Won't work here long-term.
Wish: I've enjoyed working at Wish.
Pipedrive: There is a lot to do, innovate, things are moving quite fast and we grow fast, so there are challenges, but we get all the support we ask to succeed.
