Texans Can Academies: Love the purpose of the school and how we impact students' lives but the leadership needs an overhaul. That's why we're now under conservatorship with TEA yet nothing will ever improve b/c the toxic leadership stays the same... and HR doesn't protect you.
Datasite: I only asked for respect and more civil way of communication there, but received none. After being subjected to exclusion, stalking, double standards, info hiding, denegration, dismissing, ugly looks etc. I was the one being punished and finally resigned while the abusers are still there.
Outreach: During most of 2020 and now 2021 it's been great! No more working from office and that is a big enough change with enough impact on my life to stay as long as I can.

Lasership: started over 3 years. Management crew was pretty good. New management not too much. Warehouse used to open at 6am. Now they open whenever they feel comfortable, 9-10am leading drivers to end up delivering packages until almost midnight. No vacation time. Now they want us to work 7 days a week.
Workhuman: This is the best company I have worked worked for! and I've only worked here for 4 months and all virtually. It's easy to see they really care about their employees as humans

It's hard to move things forward and work in a more agile way when people push back against making decisions with more speed. It's also been impossible to get constructive feedback from anyone for fear of not being "nice".
