HealthStream: My experiences at HealthStream have been amazing. The people and the work are the absolute best!
Outreach: Lot of excitement from Exec leadership level. This gets lost in the middle management and impacts the ICs with constant shuffle.

Nextdoor: I love Nextdoor it is an amazing company with value driven people. But the pace and trying to keep up with our CEO is impossible. She is super human but forgets the rest of us are just mortals, we cant keep up not without more resources.
Outreach: One gets to solve challenging tasks every day or two.
Nextdoor: I am making less now than I have in previous roles, and was offered less than the minimum I requested.
Nextdoor: Everything is extremely fast paced, which isn't always a good thing. I love that we're not constrained by bureaucratic policies, but it also feels like we can be overly ambitious or that we put effort into things that aren't always full baked.

Fivetran: Overall experience has been mixed, but more positive than negative. The people have been great, but I still don't really feel as though there is a culture here. I wonder if it's the pandemic, remote work, or simply the pace of growth that has created this. We also need to improve medical benefits.
Fivetran: So many changes, pricing, structure and with little empathy for the people that are impacted. Things do get back to normal but Fivetran is starting to be a place where no one feels safe in their role, even if they are a top performer.
Turkey Hill: My manger sits in the back on their phone all day, barely does inventory. Everything is constantly ofc, has team members constantly doing manger duties- taking cigarette count, driving to get gas prices, ect. Team members constantly call out (At least 2 people per week) so its longer hrs for others

Ambry Genetics: Ambry has been pretty great so far. A little bumps in the road, and I was told people with just a Bachelors dont move up much in my department. So that might be a reason to move to a department that gives a good fluidity to Bachelor's.
Ambry Genetics: No need to cancel the Ambry Risk because it doesn't serve everyone. Are we going to stop offering Ovarian screening because not everyone has ovaries?
Outreach: Since joining Outreach, I've grown both professionally and personally. I am challenged daily and a lot is expected of me, but I know the work I'm doing matters. The culture is phenomenal as well. Everyone is excited about the future of the company and it's an extremely collaborative place to be.

Ambry Genetics: I haven't been "working" with Ambry long. We only recently merged, there is one thing I'm not happy about. But not much can be done about it. Otherwise, I haven't been with Ambry long enough to really say anything about the people or company itself to see the differences. Best to check next time.
Ambry Genetics: I haven't been at the company very long, but, I would describe my experience so far as: frustrating, chaotic, and rewarding. Onboarding to my team was non-existent, and that was very frustrating. A lack of systems and processes make things chaotic. But learning new things has been rewarding.
Ambry Genetics: I love the culture and the people who work here. I look forward to working everyday I just wish the pay was a lot better. It is really frustrating to work for such a great company but not being able to provide for my family or get compensated fairly.

8x8: The internal support has been great and my team works very hard everyday. Everyday is high pace, challenging but also rewarding. The weeks are busy with a lot of meetings making it difficult to take time off but when needed it is encouraged.

Motive: It's a great place to work at work wise. It's challenging and interesting. However, the biggest flaw in KT is the lack of market competitive salary. Because of which employee retention, motivation and productivity suffers a bit.
