Fivetran: I started when we were under 100 people and today we've grown to over 600! In that time I've been exposed to some amazing opportunities I thought I would never have. The pace at which I learn has multiplied and I'm excited for what's next!
Fivetran: It's been a whirlwind few months but extremely challenging and satisfying. Never a dull moment, always things going on.
Availity: Rapid growth has caused our company to focus more on churning out deliverables and saying yes to everything our customers want rather than taking our time and providing professional recommendations. This workflow change is not conducive to solving functional issues, but putting a bandaid on them.
Cross Country Medical Staffing Network: As a nurse you can expect lower than average pay as a per diem nurse. They cut also cut your pay rate without notice. I personally know 2 other nurses who worked for them. I'm about to quit them as well. But what do they expect when they cut employees wages without notice and refuse to correct it

Datasite: Horrible! The team in NYC has a few arrogant, insecure, immature kids who are capable of making your life an absolute living hell.

Snow Software: Great people, great culture, great opportunities
CrowdStrike: Company is growing so fast that you end up with too much on your plate. And my team is incredible!
The Seattle Times: Great company with a very important mission. Smart and passionate employees.

TraceLink: Overall, I love working at Tracelink. I think our challenges are common amongst companies our size and of our age. We have some work to do if we are going to continue to grow and attain our goals, but I think we can achieve them if we are honest with ourselves and stay open to change.
TraceLink: So far, it has been great. I cannot say enough how friendly people are to each other and that makes such a big difference. Zocdoc: Zocdoc lives its mission and its values and combines the many great aspects of a tech startup with the experience of having weathered the ups and downs of almost 15 years in the unique space that is US healthcare.
Vivid Seats: Asking too much without reward. They prioritize corporate employees over operations employees and it shows in everything they do.

If you dont have a degree it will take 4 years to reach a supervisor position regardless of prior experience. Another 2 to be a manager
