My team is always eager to help. My questions do not go unanswered. It really feels like a team.
I liked how detailed it was. They answered all my questions and worked with me. They also stayed in constant communication so I was not stressed waiting for a response.
I appreciate the weekly zoom calls. The zoom call gives space for Q & A. The honesty in these calls ensures me the leadership team cares about the company and each individual who works for the company.
I'm happy I am not micromanaged. My boss trusts me to get the job done. We have weekly check-ins with the whole team. I like these check-ins because it keeps all of us connected and on track.
I'm most happy when I'm solving a problem. The goal is always to create a more efficient process for my co-workers so when a problem arises I am eager to solve it. When the problem is solved the goal is met and my coworkers can work more swiftly.
