I have been able to work on a variety of different projects and even lead some, which has made me feel extremely useful to the company and shows that the work I am doing daily in these projects is helping Calix move in.

Ambry Genetics: I have been promises raises/promotions that were retracted due to budget cuts. I am still promised a career path which I do not trust do to the false promises given to me in the past. I have been overworked and not fairly compensated. What little help ambry has provided has not had a lasting affect

Calix: started off rocky, once correct team and processes were in place we knocked it out of the park. current direct leader is not responsive and does not make employees feel valued. decisions are made in silo and there is very little communication .

Credit Karma: We are very well compensated, but in my particular org, we see more and more teams that support core services be underfunded and headcount reduces. They seem to be investing more in development and design, with a conscious effort to go lean in core areas like infrastructure support and network.
Chegg: My experience with Chegg has been amazing. I'm happy to be here and I only wish that we had a better work/life balance. I'm pretty exhausted at work most of the time but I really do love this company. We also need more BIPOC and queer employees. We just aren't diverse enough.
