Incredible adventure. It's fun to watch how it grows and progresses each day. There are always new ideas and challenges happening to help one grow.

All of it. Not very often does an employer pay all benefits and match 401k

That it has been maintained as the company has grown from 100 to 500+ individuals.

We all have different backgrounds and beliefs. We can come together as one to grow and succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything it offers. The 100% paid health/dental/vision insurance. The awesome lunch each day. The on-site gym and barber. The company parties.

The people I work with are incredible. We are in this together. We want to grow and succeed. We do this all while having fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know who I am. They ask questions and interact with me and fellow employees. They care about us. They do their best to make certain we succeed as individuals and as a company.

They know me and my family. They care about us. They watch out for my best interest as an employee. It's nice work for a company that you know the executives and get to work with or mingle with on a daily/weekly basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that it's so much attention put on the employee. Malouf truly cares about their employees and put a ton of time, money and effort in to taking care of them. ie: benefits, company activities, lunch, and the amenities provided in the work place.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like a family. We come together each to conquer all that is before us. It's never about one individual on a team. We all walk away at the end of the day together, seeing what has been accomplished and that our customers will be happy.
