Ambry Genetics: When Ambry was smaller it was a better place to work. Ever since Konica acquired us, things have become caring more about quarterly earnings and less about caring about employees. We seem to save and profit every quarter, but nothing goes back to employees to show how much they appreciate us.
Beacon Hill: I love the company, it's just a difficult industry to be in. Always working and sometimes it feels as though it's never enough but the culture is great and you are always supported and have ample resources
Ambry Genetics: I love working at Ambry. However I believe that the leadership specifically within the lab needs improvement, because all promotions look to be based off favoritism and not work ethic. There are leaders who don't do any work, and get praised/rewarded for it. Hopefully some real change can happen.

That being said, there is some playing of favorites and times where I believe people may feel excluded culture wise.

It seems like when there is a new initiative, what happens a broad internal audience is given a rather vague initiative, with roles and responsibilities undefined, which results in duplicate work and unclear information.

SentinelOne: Joining S1 has been one of the best decisions I have made in my career. I was looking for a company with great leadership, good management practices, a great product where I could bring all of my experience to make a positive impact and I have all of that at S1.
SentinelOne: I started in late 2019, and was tasked with building out and managing a key program from the ground up within the marketing dept. I feel good about how that program has impacted the business in 2020 and how it can evolve and contribute to further success in 2021 and beyond.
