Beacon Hill has been an amazing opportunity for me over the past 5 years, i'm excited to see how the company continues to grow. The only issue I se with the organization is if you dont want to take the traditional growth path of becoming a manager there isn't much else for you.

They are open about expectations and are approachable.

Filling a job and making money

The compensation is good, however benefits could definitely be better.

Everyone is friendly and competitive but really wants each other to succeed.

Filling jobs is by far the most rewarding part of each day.

Our commission is done very generously, however base pay and benefits could improve.

We are all friends, get along well, and encourage one another to improve.

We have a lot of group events (outside of Covid) which is great for interacting with other divisions.

Everyone on my team is friends and gets along great. We work really well together in a sales oriented role and want to see each other succeed.
