
Leadership needs to be better about training in individual offices.
Company as a whole is great. Office in particular needs do have better culture.
They need to work on being more enthusiastic and up beat. More conversational and less snippy with one another.
I don't enjoy coming to work each day knowing I'm going to get criticized about something no matter what it is.
I feel undervalued because raises aren't given unless you have what is deemed "good spread" which i don't believe is the only thing that makes you a good employee. I think other factors should be considered when giving raises. Even cost of living should be considered.
