Yes I do feel I am undervalued. My overtime was eliminated this year and now I am making less than 50k annually. Making at least 50k annually would make me feel better about my compensation.
I have been on my current team for two years and received one promotion, however my compensation has hardly changed. My raises are measured in cents, not dollars. Additionally my OT was cut, which took away nearly 15% of my weekly income.
We encourage each other, we maintain positive attitudes. We empathize and work to help each other. We care about each other as people, which is reflected in the kindness and respect we have for each other. We work very well together because of this. I have not seen an issue our team cannot handle.
