It's been a good experience. Contributions to improvement are encouraged and recognized. I've had good management that value this and give the freedom to execute.
It's been very positive. The growth of the company has created more complexity and barriers to get things done but they are continually improving so you cant complain about that.
Overall it is competitive compared to other places.
They work smart and are collaborative
Working with customers and interacting with my team
Company pays commissions as promised.
Collaboration is good and people are willing to help.
Posting results, working with the team, providing input that's heard by management
It is a transparent culture. Management shares more than what other companies would share - financials, strategy
Culture seems open in terms of expressing new ideas, opinions and pointing out issues. Hope it stays that way.
We work together and support each other even when it's not our "job to do so." Pettiness hasn't crept in.
Support and accessibility of my manager and those above. When other areas perform for our customers at a high level. For example, product delivers promissed roadmap on-time, support finding and fixing root cause issues (vs. bandaid solutions) or our services team delivering results
Transparancy. Clear and concise on their communication. Share company goals, objectives and what we're up to as a company frequently. I find this refreshing. They recognize ingrained cultural silos & habits of the companies that have been acquired and work to breakdown these down.
While no organization is perfect and there are always problems to solve, the team appears to be aware of the primary things that need improving or fixing. I gave the high ratings because of this awareness and the actions to improve. Many orgs ignore the real issues.
Seemed to be focused on the right things. Execution in the field still needs work. The end of quarter, every quarter rush to pull in deals, make bad deals, etc. is expected but is next level compared to other places I've been. Need to work on deal flow to reduce this.
