Acquia: I enjoy it, though I wish the internal career paths were more proactive than reactive.
Acquia: Really enjoy working at Acquia. I've recommended multiple past coworkers to come to work there.

Acquia: Pay people fairly. Hold everyone accountable. Hire the people in the right places and in the right times. Think long and hard before laying people off, as you might need those people in the next quarter.

There are no incentives, or even interest in improving the way things are done. Only people who are complacent stay and get promoted, and instill a culture of severe complacency.
